Re-Engage & Claiming Leads

There are 2 primary situations where you want to move a lead from ISA Pipeline to the Realtor Pipeline, or vice versa.
- Claim a Lead - Definition: This is when a lead is in the ISA Pipeline but you want to take over and your ISA should no longer make contact. Action: Change Opportunity Stage to "Claim"
- Re-Engage - Definition: This is when we either fully qualified a lead or set an appointment, or you claimed a lead.... but you have not been able to make contact or the lead decided to change their time-frame and are a year or more away from buying/selling. Action: You simply change the Realtor Pipeline Stage to "Re-Engage"
