Smart Actions: Claim, Unsubscribe, Update ISA, Re-Engage

Types of Smart Actions

  1. Claim - Lead Fusion shuold stop prospecting this lead but a positive result such as you were able to make contact and will be working with a lead.
  2. Unsubscribe - Lead Fusion should stop prospecting this lead but a negative result such as the lead demanding we don't contact them again.
  3. Update ISA - A lead reached out to you directly and shared some details and you want to make sure the ISA knows what happened and what we should do next and when.
  4. Re-Engage - These are leads that we qualified and/or set an appointment for you, but you need our help re-engaging the lead and setting another appointment. Below are a few requirements for a lead to be eligible for Re-Engage
    1. The appointment set should be less than 7 days ago
    2. You made at least 3 attempts to reach out to the lead. 1 or more phone calls, and at least 1 or more texts.
    3. The lead hasn't already been re-engaged by your ISA
