Creating Your First Pipeline

Follow the steps below to create a Pipeline:

  1. Click Settings in the account view
  2. Click Pipeline
  3. Click + Create new pipeline
  4. Name your pipeline in the Pipeline name
  5. Add stages to your pipeline in the Stage name fields
  • You can use the arrows
  • You can use the red trash bin icon under the Actions column to delete a stage in the pipeline
  1. Click Save

Do's

  • Do think about your sales flow/process when building your pipeline. What does your process look like? Replicate that in your pipeline!
  • Do experiment with different pipelines and stages. Since you are reading this, you are probably new at creating pipelines and that is ok! You might find that you will change the stages of your pipelines as your knowledge with our CRM grows!

Don'ts

  • Don't add won and loss as stages to your pipeline. Our CRM will do that automatically for you!
  • Don't add lead stages to your pipeline that EVERY lead will not at some point go through. Adding stages that some leads are not a part of will ruin your dashboard stats.
  • Don't over complicate things! If there are only a few stages in your pipeline, that's ok! No need to add stages that don't exist just for these purposes.
  • Don't copy other pipelines that you may see from other business. Pipelines are based solely on your business model and your sales approach.
