IMPORTANT - Adding New Leads With Your ISA

If you are using our ISA services, and would like the added leads to enter your ISA queue, we have a list of required fields and the lead must be added to the ISA Pipeline. It sounds like a lot, but in order for our ISA to do the best job possible, this is what is needed. Only the Bold is absolutely necessary.

See list and video below:

  1. Name: First select Add/Update Opportunity. This will both add the contact AND opportunity at the same time.
  2. Use either First Name & Last Name OR Full Name. Just one or the other depending on how your source provides this.
  3. Phone/Email: Add phone and/or email as needed.
  4. Skip the next "Address" field. Any buyer or seller inquiry addresses go in the "Inquiry" field further down.
  5. Add any tags necessary that may help you filter later.
  6. Source is a required field. This can be anything such as "kvCORE Google PPC". Be sure to use something you can track such as when you have Google PPC leads coming from two sources so you can see which is performing better.
  7. "Mark As Lead" must be True.
  8. Notes: you can add notes, but your ISA will not see these notes entered here.
  9. Pipeline: You must add the Opportunity to the ISA Pipeline if you want to lead to go into your ISA Queue.
  10. Pipeline Stage: Be sure to add this lead initially here to the "Prospecting" Stage
  11. Approach: Always select which approach was used when capturing this lead.
    1. List: the lead is a buyer and landed on a list of homes in a given area/radius.
    2. Inquiry: This is a buyer lead who landed on or inquired about a specific property address
    3. Home Value: These are seller leads captured using the "What's your home worth" page
    4. Seller Default: These are other seller leads not captured using a "what's your home worth" approach
  12. Note for ISA: This is a field used to let us know
  13. Lead Status: This MUST be set to "Prospecting"
  14. Lead Source: Friendly version of source used when a lead asks where we got their info. (Ex. Google, Facebook, HomeSnap, Zillow, etc. NOT kvCORE, CINC, Listings2Leads)
  15. Lead Type: Certainly let us know if the lead is a Buyer, Seller or other.
  16. Inquiry: If buyer inquiring about a specific listing, or a seller with an address, be sure to put the address here.
  17. Inquiry Message: If the lead submitted a message or note, include that here in this field.

If your lead source gives you a Lead Type that is anyting other than "Buyer" or "Seller", watch this next video on how to format this into "Buyer" "Seller".
