Re-Engaging A Lead

There are 2 ways that a lead can be sent to your ISA to be Re-Engaged. The following video will walk you though the steps on how to do this.
Option 1:
After Logging into Lead Fuion:
- Find the Opportinities tab located on the left hand side of the screen.
- Make sure you are in the Realtor Pipeline View inside the opportunities tab.
Search/Find the Lead that you would like to Re-Engage and simply drag the lead from it's existing pipeline all the way to the Re-Engage Pipeline located at the very end of the list of Pipeline Stages.
Option 2:
After Logging into Lead Fuion:
- Find the Contacts tab located on the left hand side of the screen.
- Search for the contact that you would like to Re-Engage in the search bar located near the top right hand side of the screen.
- Open the contact and once open, scroll down until you see the "Opportunities" label located at the bottom.
- Click on the small pen icon located at the right of the Opportunities label to open the opportunity and change the pipeline "Stage" to Re- Engage.
