Connection, connectivity, or quality and issues with voice calls

Connectivity issues when making outbound VOIP calls from within Lead Fusion is most often related to wifi router issues or the actual connection from their computer to their internet connection rather than a speed issue.

Twilio is what we use to power our calls and SMS. Twilio powers some of the largest VOIP providers in the world and likely there is a solution that you can do on your end.

  1. If and when possible, always be sure to use VOIP directly wired to your modem. Using wireless internet for making VOIP calls is never reccommended.
  2. Many folks have seen a tremendous increase in quality with this product here: https://www.netgear.com/hom/wifi/mesh/
  3. If you continue to have connectivity issues, be sure to run this Twilio test: http://networktest.twilio.com/
