Universal LF Tags

Lead Fusion Universal Tags

IMPORTANT: Only use 1 tag. For example, if you are running a new construction ad, use the #lfnewconstruction and not #lfbuyerlist. Only if you are just running a simple "Check out these homes in Charlotte" style ad with no specifics, then in this case you can use #lfbuyerlist.

Buyer Tags

  • LFbuyerlist - Add this tag when ad is landing lead on a very generic "List" of homes in an area.
    • LFhomedeals - Sub Approach of Buyer List but with a more specific outreach focusing on "home deals"
    • LFnewconstruction - Sub Approach of Buyer List but with a more specific outreach focusing on "new construction" homes.
    • LFwaterfrontcondos - Sub Approach of Buyer List but with a more specific outreach focusing on "waterfront condos"
    • LFcondodeals - Sub Approach of Buyer List but with a more specific outreach focusing on "condo deals"
    • LFrenttoown - Sub Approach of Buyer List but with a more specific outreach focusing on "rent to own"
    • LFluxury - Sub Approach of Buyer List with a focus on luxury homes
  • Buyer Default
    • LFbuyerdefault - Add this tag when you know the lead type is Buyer, but you the lead has landed on a very generic buyer ad, or if you aren't exactly sure the ad contect for whatever reason. This will add it to a very generic Buyer Campaign using our most generic scripts and messaging.
  • Buyer Inquiry
    • LFbuyerinquiry - This approach will also be used on what many know as "Property Boost" leads. We use this approach for any buyer lead that is inquiring about a specific property address.

Seller Tags

  • Seller Default
    • LFsellerdefualt - Add this tag when you know the lead type is Seller, but the lead has responded to a very generic ad and did not capture the seller address.
  • Seller Home Value
    • LFsellerhomevalue - Add this tag when the lead type is Seller, and the lead has inquired about a property valuation using a specific address.
